Hi, Support, I always pay with PayPal for your service and with no problem until last time. When I tried to pay with PayPal I got message from PayPal that my card had been preauthorized, but actually money hasn't been transferred to my sierra account. I also hasn't received any info of successfull payment on sierra payment site. Please, help. Thank you.
