Hello,

I just started my Sierra platform and somehow my Hekin Ashi bars candlesticks look awkwad, how is it possible?

What can be the issue? You can see the settings attached

We would like for you to redownload the data starting from right before where the Heikin-Ashi start to look odd (around 12:00:00 on your chart). Refer to the instructions at the following link to do this:

I did re download and it still appears like that.

The chart on the picture is CL today, just a few minutes ago you can have a look on how the bars look on the picture attached

I could do that and send it to you but: Surprisingly, when I duplicated the chart to a new chartbook, it appears fine. So if I send to you the chart with a new chartbook it appears fine.
How's that possible?

There just is something about that chart that is not right. If duplicating the chart resolves the issue, then just continue forward with the new chart and remove the old one. If this comes up again, let us know.

You have multiple bars being displayed on the chart. One of your studies is causing the odd behavior you are getting. We do not know which one, as you have a lot of studies. You will need to go through them to figure out which is causing the issue by removing them one-by-one.
