Problem setting Maximum Market Depth Levels with Denali Feed & Interactive Brokers Trading

                Dear Sierra Chart Staff, I am a new user. I have pkg 11 along with Denali data feed. Log in is with Interactive Brokers. Somehow I can't adjust and access more market depth levels than a 50 pt range. My friend who uses denali feed can see 200 pt range and I tried to setup in the "Maximum Market Depth Levels" to 200 and nothing changed. I wonder if there's something wrong with my setup that I can't seem to view the data feed from denali on deeper market depth. Thank you, ps. I look at depth data for ES. Peter  |

                That does not specify the number of points. It is the number of levels. Change that setting to 0 and reconnect to the data feed.

                I changed market depths level to 0 and reconnected. However, still seeing a limited edition of the limit order book.  (as shown in screenshots)  |

                doing so made it so i can see from 5400 to 2600 on ES
