                You did not have enough funds in your account on January 1, 2023 to automatically renew the exchange you had active. This was due to a price increase that occurred for this month which changed the price from $11.00 to $11.50.  In the meantime, you have used the $11.00 that you had in your account to pay for the renewal of your Usage Time, therefore you currently have $0.00 in your Services Surplus.
