How can I change Bond price display from 145 0/31 to 145'00

Hi could you please help me with how I can change the price value display from the 145 0/31 to 145'00. I tried to find it in the Chart Setting - Symbol area, but did not find it. The chart on the right with the 145'00 came up coincidently. Would be great if you could help. Thx, Sebastian |

The setting is Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Display Fractions in Short Format.
