i can't change to simulation mode, "trade simulation mode" i click but nothing appens..

That is because you are connected to the Trading Evaluator, for which there is not a Simulation Mode available since this is a Trade Simulation itself. You would need to change your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services in order to be able to enable "Trade Simulation Mode".
