Hello SC Support I have activated: Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 12 - Integrated Advanced MBO. Denali - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts but CME data are still delayed. What must I do? Best regards Arno |

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month.
