Hi there I’m trying to use the order allocation to trade accounts but it doesn’t seem to be working. It works fine with sim accounts but doesn’t work with my apex accounts. Is there anyway you could help me resolve this problem. When I try to use this with my apex accounts and place an order it shows a confirmation message and ask to confirm the order but on the sim accounts not my apex accounts. When I try to input the accounts in the order allocation window and hit apply and close the window and then I reopen it. It still shows the sim accounts not my apex accounts it’s like it doesn’t save the information and just reverts back to the sim accounts

Do you have multiple APEX accounts that are available through the same Rithmic Login? In other words, if you go to the Trade Window, do you have multiple account selection options from the Trade Account Box? Refer to the following for the particular item we are referencing:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

If you do not have multiple APEX accounts available through the one login, then the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts will not work.

Also, by any chance are you running on Linux or a MAC? We have heard of issues with the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts with these setups.

I have a question that is not very clear in the setup instructions.
Do I need to use sim then copy to accounts?
If I am trading 4 accounts...Do I need to have multiple windows open?
Can I set up multiple copiers? Same account just 5 in an aggressive section and another 5 in a non type?
If not, how do I check?
Do I have to set up trade copy for every pair? Example do I need to do it all for the es and then repeat the setup for the MES?
Also, is the trade account multiplier how many accounts I have running or is it: 3 x main account trading

One more thing...Example:
If I have 10 accounts
Can I copy trade 8 in the MES and 2 in ES from one main account?

If you are asking if you use Simulation Mode and then copy those trades to your live account then the answer is "no". Whether you are in live or sim, the Order Allocation applies to the selected accounts for that mode.

No, once you setup the Order Allocation for a chart, then it is set for that chart and you do not need additional windows.

Each chart has its own Order Allocation, so you can setup multiple options by having different charts.

Yes, each setup is per chart.

Also, is the trade account multiplier how many accounts I have running or is it: 3 x main account trading

The multiplier applies to the one account that is displayed at that time. It is a multiple of the main account being traded. For example, if you enter a trade for a quantity of 2, and you have a multiplier setup for an account of 3, then that account will get traded with a quantity of 6.

You would need to setup each chart to have the allocations as you want them.
