Do you have multiple APEX accounts that are available through the same Rithmic Login? In other words, if you go to the Trade Window, do you have multiple account selection options from the Trade Account Box? Refer to the following for the particular item we are referencing: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) If you do not have multiple APEX accounts available through the one login, then the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts will not work. Also, by any chance are you running on Linux or a MAC? We have heard of issues with the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts with these setups.
