Though working fine just last week, I suddenly can't get any backfill data running S-Chart with IB. When using the "Delete and Download" command it will also delete existing data if I try and refresh that...just starts charting current rt data at that point. Tried loading several previous versions of SC, but had same problem. Been the case for some time with CQG, so I had been relying on my IB data with SC for charting. Can you suggest a fix? I know you've been pushing customers toward using your Teton and Denali services for some time, but does Sierra Chart work with nothing else now? Just paid for monthly data fees for both IB and CQG, so I'd prefer not to change just yet. |

You absolutely need to use the Denali Data Feed for data when using Interactive Brokers: Denali Exchange Data Feed We do not provide any help with interactive brokers at all: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Introduction Read both the Introduction section of the section following it. OK, forget IB, I mostly trade futures with Amp. Just a bit of help please... So I'm clear, when using the Denali data with Amp, orders will be routed through the free Teton service (not CQG) and cleared by Amp. Amp Global Clearing and my account number with them is required on the Exchange Agreement with my signature. I then choose which exchanges I want data from and pay the fees. Is this right? |

No. You will still be using CQG for order routing in the case of AMP. The Denali Data Feed is just simply a data feed and nothing else. Ok, I'm up and running with Denali and all looks good with the data. I've got #12 package on trial, which expires soon. I'd prefer package 5, but it can't be used with CQG. So what would I replace CQG with? Amp futures is my broker.

If you want to stay with AMP, then you need to use CQG for order routing. Later AMP will be supporting Teton. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
