If this is an older chartbook that you have not used in years, then follow the instructions at the following link: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks If this is a recent chartbook that is not opening anymore, then this means that it is corrupted for some reason. Either it got corrupted in transit, or the person you got it from does not realize that it is not working. Or they may be running a very old version. You really need to talk to that person and make sure they are running a current version and that the chartbook is properly saved on their end. Then have them get it to you in a way that will ensure that it does not get corrupted in transit.
