Either it got corrupted in transit, or the person you got it from does not realize that it is not working. Or they may be running a very old version. You really need to talk to that person and make sure they are running a current version and that the chartbook is properly saved on their end. Then have them get it to you in a way that will ensure that it does not get corrupted in transit.
