Your documentation says pkg 10 is "equivalent" to pkg 3. It says moving to pkg 10 will allow continued CQG feed, except for newer Versions after V2384(? or something) would require change to Denali.
I was enticed to SC 5+ yrs ago by flexibility in feeds, AMP paying SC fee, and reliable CQG. I've never had one problem with CQG in 5 years, though you run them down often. Now you remove choices, force upgrades, force going to your feed. I'm truely concerned that some disgruntled user wil justifiably complain to FTC, SEC, US DOJ or other, etc on tying practices, etc, and cause me to lose $300,000 effort of programming for 5 years-- because US and EU agencies are ruthless. I really don't want that.
Just when I have it perfected, today.. at 11:20am Chicago time, I get "can't connect". Regardless, users of older versions were not given clear nor adequate notice.
I want you to make Pkg 10 Actually "equivalent" and able to take external feeds-- as you advertised, for versions below the one you warned would not be compatible. I don't want any newer version. This one is very stable.
I'd rather you just leave Pkg 3 as it was, and restore the feeds you said would work.

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days.

After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.

The connection started working moments ago. Thank you for prompt connection.
I could not care less about historical (other than daily) nor backfill.

I don't like hearing this only work for 2 months.
I would rather pay you the $10/month above my current $26, like paying a ransome.. just to leave it all alone, as is. Plenty of other users would also.
I need to know exactly whether I am forced off CQG in 60 days.
Are there any other good brokers/feeds whom you would allow?
I do not like your cumbersome "hacks" interfering with my beneficial relationship with my broker/feed.
Yes, you love your feed and trading, but we wish you cared more about learning and respecting what we wanted.

We simply are requiring Package 10 or higher in order to make any external connections or get live data. In 60 days, you will need to change your package 10 Package 10 to continue to use CQG. If you want to change your package now, you can do so by following these instructions:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

Also, you will want to stay on a release prior to 2394. With 2394 and higher, we do not allow CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:
