hi, I subscribed to Nasdaq TOTALVIEW yesterday and all is fine when i trigger intraday data for AAPL / TSLA / AMZN etc etc ... except for FB-NQTV. thanks for checking :) Reno |

I switched symbols for facebook from fb to meta; but meta symbol not showing any data, only blank screen. I can still see data for fb until June 8, 2022. need your help on this, please, thank you Support. |

Make sure you have entered the symbol as META-NQTV to get the delayed streaming data. If you still have issues then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for META-NQTV. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
