I cant get connected with Sierra Charts

Hello,
I have Current Service Package 3 and it is already paid, so I believe I should be online with the data feed, but Im not...
On Monday I was online, yesterday not anymore.
Below is my Log and I see "Service Package does not support this function or account is expired." HOW come ? Dont understand why?

PLease advise what is going on, what should I do, or should be done to bring me back online with data feed.
