Cannot load last weeks data in historical charts pics attached

for the life of me i cannot get ES or anything to show last weeks data its stuck on previous week. all last week it was fine, i have changed nothing. i cannot chage Date range in file. is this the problem? june 02 it says? i click that and cannot change it or adjust those settings. please advise. It would be nice to never have to adjust these settings. thanks in advance! |

You can not change the date in the Date Range in File To. With that chart active, select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. If that does not resolve your issue then we will need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
