I was using CQG feed thru NinjaTrader acct for last 16 months and built TPO charts for ES & NQ. Those are all gone now . I try to build new TPO charts, get error msg saying that is not supported from the data feed. I had SC pkg #5. Now I have switched to SC pkg #10. Downloaded latest SC version. I do not have an active live feed apparently..and cannot make TPO charts. Nothing works at all. Please advise. |

You need to be on Package 11 to get the TPO charts and connect to your CQG account. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. OK..have upgraded to PKg 11. TPO charts now visible. The feed is not in real time however. Please advise on how to receive real time quotes. |

Are you getting your data from CQG, or are you wanting to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed? Thanks for your reply. I am confused. I upgraded to package 11. I also downloaded the newest SC version 2394. I now get an error message saying CQG feed is not supported in this new version. I don’t want to open a new trading account. I would like to continue getting my feed from CQG. My goal is to get back where I was… Using SC for TPO charts and Ninja Trader for everything else..with a live data feed from CQG. Please advise how best to go about this. Thanks much ! |

In order to continue to get CQG data, you will need to be on version 2393 or lower. With 2394 and above you can not get CQG data into Sierra Chart.
