Hi, I believe I paid all the fees required to get live trading data. I paid for 6 months of platform and the Denali Data Feed. I can't get my charts to connect to the live data. It's always delayed. Can you help?? Thanks |

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees.
