Hello, I am using a 2000 tick bar chart for the ES and have loaded the Numbers Bars study. It seems to be working fine, however, the values in each of the bars only show up for approximately 10 days. Anything farther back than that and the numbers all appear as zeros. Is there a way to get the actual numbers to appear for several months back? Thanks so much. |

From what we see on your account, you just started getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed on April 4, 2022. Therefore, it sounds like what you are seeing is the historical data from CQG prior to these past 14 days. What you need to do is to delete and redownload all the data so that it is all from our Denali data.
