Is it possible to extend the "Bid Size/Buy Column - Volume Bars" and "Ask Size/Sell Column - Volume Bars" on Trading DOM to the full width for easier reading? Also, an option to turn on-off the numerical stats? Also, put them both on the same column justified right and facing left? Thank you very much!

With regards to the Volume Bars for the Bid/Ask Size column, the issue is that there is a larger depth value somewhere that you are not seeing that will take the full size of the column. You can check this by limiting the number of depth levels and seeing how that changes the volumes displayed. Refer to the following setting:
Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

As for the other items, we have set this as a Feature Request.

The ability to hide the Market Depth values in the Bid Size/Ask Size columns can be accomplished by setting the following option to a high number:
Chart Settings: Chart DOM/DOM Graph: Only Display Market Depth Above/Equal Quantity (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

Although there is not an option for the Bid and Ask to be in the same column, you can accomplish the same effect by having the columns displayed next to each other and having one column with the Volume Bars right justified and the other column left justified.
