The ability to hide the Market Depth values in the Bid Size/Ask Size columns can be accomplished by setting the following option to a high number: Chart Settings: Chart DOM/DOM Graph: Only Display Market Depth Above/Equal Quantity (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) Although there is not an option for the Bid and Ask to be in the same column, you can accomplish the same effect by having the columns displayed next to each other and having one column with the Volume Bars right justified and the other column left justified.
