I am using a laptop with 2 monitors to do trading. Last week I paid for a had data running great. This week, my laptop runs its chart in real time but the charts I have up on both my monitors are not running data real time. The last chart markings are from Friday, March 18. I have made sure the charts are at the end and have went through all the suggestions from the frequently asked questions and board. Can you please help with this

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
