hi, I placed an order today on Rithmic and had trouble flattening my position, after succeeding to do so I closed sierra and when i launched it a few hours later it shows that i'm down by over $1000, my funded account is now closed because of it, I have no idea how that is possible because the positions where closed. |

Hi User9890731, Sorry about your loss. One thing that may help in the future is most funded trading programs recommend keeping RTraderPro open during your trading and using it to double-check/exit trades if you're having trouble in your 3rd party platform. |

What version of Sierra Chart was were you running at the time? As long as there was using the new DTC connection to Rithmic we would expect Position tracking to be accurate. If you were running and older version, we have heard of position reporting issues with Rithmic.
