I'm subscribed to package 11 + Denali but I only getting 100 levels on the bid side + 100 on the ask side (Is that 200?) from the CME whenever I chart the ES and I open a Market Depth window. So my question is: why am I not getting 500 or whatever the max level is these days even though the max level in the Data/Trade Service Setting window is set to max and also on my chart - I tried both '0' and '300' just in case but it made no difference. Thanks.

Refer to the following: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

That checklist was VERY useful, thanks. Before I go, I was wondering if you could update me on my ancient request to add a simple setting on that Market Dept window that will highlight any orders greater than a given input size - nothing fancy, just a simple color highlight. Thanks.

It is still something that we have not gotten to, but would like to. You can use the Market Depth Historical Depth to do something close to this, if you are not already using this study for other purposes. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
