This is an issue I am still working on. Please see your last good instructions to me below this message. I have set to 60 In the COMMON Settings of the Data Trade Service Settings as I believe you suggested. The I did Edit - Delete and Add Data and I was successful in charting full data (which was my original issue.) This message is to inform you that I did send a new Message Log to you to check. I also sent it because it took approx 17 minutes to connect Sierra to Data. The program seems to be connecting faster now as per normal. Please advise on all. Thank you. Thank you for the log. Can you tell us what this setting is set to?: Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> Non-Tick Data / 1-Tick Data (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings) Make sure to set to at least 60. And go to the chart and select this from the main menu Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. |

We see this 10 times in the log: Service connection timed out. Will disconnect and retry. | 2022-02-15 17:49:49.118 *
That is the reason for this: is message is to inform you that I did send a new Message Log to you to check. I also sent it because it took approx 17 minutes to connect Sierra to Data.
So the Rithmic server was not responsive when Sierra Chart was trying to connect. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
