Rithmic depth level issue

Hello I have connected to rithmic data feed for EarnToTrade challenge. Every thing seems to be ok except the number of Depth levels on my DOM: only 2 or 3. In my previous simulated account (without rithmic) I had unlimited levels. Can you telle me how to watch all level? Best regards |
