How do I insert the "move attached stops to price" on the DOM. I see the instructions on how to use it. However actually placing it on the DOM is not showing up anywhere. Please advise.

You can set it up by adjusting your Chart DOM Settings for the mouse action in the DOM. Refer to the information here: Global Trade Settings Windows: Chart DOM Settings Or you can add a right-click shortcut menu option and then just right-click anywhere on the chart to move the stops/targets to that price.
