You can set it up by adjusting your Chart DOM Settings for the mouse action in the DOM. Refer to the information here: Global Trade Settings Windows: Chart DOM Settings Or you can add a right-click shortcut menu option and then just right-click anywhere on the chart to move the stops/targets to that price.
