Hi, I have just switched over to Teton via Edge Clear. I followed the instructions from the Sierra support thread and I have ensured that allow support for SC data feeds is selected to yes but I have no live data. When I switch back to SC data- All services I have no problems and charts work as expected. I have sent you a msg log to assist in the trouble shooting. |

Thank you this seems to have resolved the problem but created another one for me. On my NQ chart I can use the hand tool to click and drag the chart however I like it. My ES chart has the same scale settings but I cannot click and drag it with the hand tool. I have the global settings to allow the hand tool to click and drag. |

Can you at least move the chart left and right with the Hand tool?
