Using CQG routing with Denali data

Hi, I have been using cqg routing with denali data using the SC Data- All Services for some time and in the last week it appeared I was getting only partial book data (100 levels above/below on ES) so I switched to CQG web api which seemed to give me full book. The issue being now when I switch back to SC Data there is no heatmap on any of my charts. Please advise

The number of levels of market depth data with the Denali Exchange Data Feed is controllable.
