Cannot connect to Trading Evaluator Service

I'm a fairly new user to Sierra Charts and was trading live for a little bit, but now wish to try simulated or paper trading. The issue is that most services, if not all, say "not enabled in package or account is expired." How can I get around this issue to begin paper trading.
