I am a long time Sierra user. I know this program well enough to know today that I have a serious issue
with some of the BASIC Sierra functions that I have done my personal best to solve.
Does Sierra Tech Support have a division to deal with troubling issues like mine.
Does Sierra offer remote session tech support that would allow you into my computer for
diagnostics,and a fix.
Please advise.

Hello.
Upon further ongoing investigation it appears that my issue 'might' possibly be related
to a hardware fault. I have tech people investigating further to definitively confirm this .
So, for now I would like to ask you to put your offer of remote support on hold or cancel.
If I find that I require your remote assistance, I will let you know.
