Hello.
Upon further ongoing investigation it appears that my issue 'might' possibly be related
to a hardware fault. I have tech people investigating further to definitively confirm this .
So, for now I would like to ask you to put your offer of remote support on hold or cancel.
If I find that I require your remote assistance, I will let you know.
