Hi, I recently purchased a new PC. I have downloaded Sierra Charts and Logged in using my credentials but when I click on 'trade' and 'Attach trade window to chart' Instead of it having my usual AMP account number at the bottom it shows a number i haven't seen before ,it shows 'AC123972'. I would like to use my new PC and my old laptop for trading. Is this possible without having to pay any extra fees? Thanks Kind Regards Mark |

It is possible, but the one item you need to be aware of is that you would need to pay a second exchange fee in order to connect to the data feed from both systems at the same time. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously With regards to the account number, it sounds like you have not connected the new system to your CQG account.
