You definitely have a connectivity issue, either somewhere on your computer or network:

You have to keep looking to identify where the issue is. The issue is somewhere. Can be on your computer, can be with your internal network, can be with your ISP.

it might help to do a tracert to ds1.sierracharts.com from the Windows commandline

I've changed back to version 2332 and issue is gone.
Something is not OK with 2333 version.

No, this is definitively not the issue with the particular Sierra Chart version. That is impossible. It is going to be caused by a firewall on your computer If a different version is not connecting.


It is your firewall detecting a different version of Sierra Chart and blocking it. This actually is confirmation that it is a firewall causing the problem. And disabling it is not sufficient enough.
