Hello, I see that "Historical BidVolume and AskVolume" is not available with CQG unless I use "Real-time Exchange Data Feeds Available from Sierra Chart". I was not aware of this, and actually when I purchased a package from you last, I was with my old broker. The feed I was using with my old broker was Transact. Now I am with a new broker and I am using CQG. Does the service I have with you guys currently allow "Real-time Exchange Data Feeds Available from Sierra Chart" through CQG? If not, how can I change that? |

You can use our data feeds with CQG. Sierra Chart is specifically setup to allow you to use our data feed with any trading service that we support. What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Then you would use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. The Setup Instructions are here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Please clarify what this means to me with regards to post #1. I am using the SC provided HKex real-time data of which SC has recently unofficially told me they are dropping the feed and suggested I choose a different feed. So I have been putting effort to open a CQG capable brokerage with the idea that I would be able to get full real-time and historical data via this CQG. This writing in post #1 confuses me and makes it sound like that is not the way it works. |

Yes you can get that data from CQG and it will include 5 days of historical bid volume and ask volume.
