Hi
I have just paid $78 to pay for service package 10 advanced and cme non pro all contracts. I dont know how to activate this. Can you help please?

I have tried to change to package 10 but it is trying to charge me for a new package. I just would like to be on package 10 (46 dollars) with cme non pro data priced at 31.20 dollars. This is why I have credited my account 78 dollars.

I dont know anything about teton order routing.

I have paid for Package 11, Denali and cme. Do i need something else to trade using Sierra Chart? If so can you please explain what I need to do?

I have just opened a new Dom and I can see my Philip account number attached and live prices.

However there are 2 issues.

1. My saved chartbooks from the trial period are not showing any prices (dom none whatsoever, chart only up to yesterday).

2. When I send an order with the newly opened Dom which is working, the order is rejected with the message "no position limit set for symbol". IS this something I set, you set or Philip set?

I dont know why the data range in file of all my saved chartbooks is "to 2021-12-02"

I have had to re enter all the symbols for each chart and dom and now i have all live prices.

I can enter orders in MESZ but cannot enter orders into MNQZ, NQZ, or ESZ. Philip have told me the issue is my/sierra end.

Can you please help with this?

You can set a per-symbol limit by modifying the entries for Trade Position Limit and/or Order Quantity Limit. Refer to the following for instructions on how to modify Symbol Settings:

There is also a global setting for the Trade Position Limit which is on the Symbol Settings Page. Refer to the following:

We assume you are referring to the Position Order Line. You can change the information that is in it and the position and the coloring, but not the shape.

To change what is displayed, refer to the information at the following link and the 13 items after it:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Order Quantity (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Working Orders >> Working Orders - Display)

To change the position, refer to the information at the following link and the 3 items after it:
Chart Settings: Align Order Cancel (X) Button to Right (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

To change the size of the text, refer to the information at the following link and the following 13 items:
