Hi, I am having issues after downloading Sierra on my new computer. I have uninstalled the anti virus, deleted and reinstalled Sierra multiple times. But, my charts is still not loading.

We want you to start Sierra Chart. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
