Hi, I have an account with Advantage Futures LLC. I have followed all the instructions for setting up the account with Denali data feed. I have selected the #10 package and funded my account. However when trying to connect I get an error message saying "SC CME Futures Order Routing Disconnected" I have submitted the :Send for analysis" as well (if that helps) Second, I mentioned I have selected the #10 package for $36.00 a month, but do I also have to select the additional CME market data package for $31.00 a month? Or is that something optional? Thank you in advance for your response. It is very much appreciated. |

You are not setup for the "SC Futures Order Routing Service", but you selected it for your "Current Selected Service". Which is why you received that error. Did you ask Advantage to set you up with the SC Futures Order Routing Service? If you did want to use the SC Futures Order Routing Service, then you also need to go through the following Setup Instructions: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Otherwise, you would need to follow the appropriate setup instructions based on what order routing service Advantage has set you up to use. Let us know and we can point you to the correct instructions. Second, I mentioned I have selected the #10 package for $36.00 a month, but do I also have to select the additional CME market data package for $31.00 a month? Or is that something optional? When you say "CME market data package" we assume you are referring to the exchange options. In which case, the answer is yes - you need to activate an exchange in order to get the real-time data. We see you have already done this, so you should be all good in that respect. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
