I added total to the DOM. It only computes for buy. How do I permit it to appear for sell? http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=16330345781000.png |

It should be there. The implication is that there is a Sell Limit Order somewhere further up on the price ladder that was sent by your data service, therefore the total is further up. We know this should not be the case, but check the DOM by showing more prices until you find the Sell totals listed and see if there is another depth data up there. Try limiting the number of Market Depth levels that you display on the DOM, this should remove the outlier. Set the following setting to 10 and see if it resolves your issue. If not, try 9, and see. Otherwise, let us know. Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Update, it is now showing the sell percentage, but it is showing sells above the percentage, and not showing all 10 rows. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1633048837681.png re: your reply above, I have no MYM orders open and no trades open. |

We were not referring to you having an open order, just that there is data further up in the ladder (the Market Depth is a reflection of limit orders waiting for the price to move to that level). We can not help any further with the data from TransAct. What you are getting is what they are sending to us. If you are interested in having more Market Depth data, then we recommend using the Denali Exchange Data feed, which includes 1400 depth levels. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
