Hi Can you help with my data/trade services setup please? I have read the documentation but I am still a bit confused Current setup: Advanced package, plus Denali Data Feed (expires in December). 1 sierra chart instance using GAIN capital data/trade service, 1 sierra chart instance using "SC Data - All services" (both on same PC) Problem: GAIN capital feed doesn't include micro bitcoin and micro CL futures. Is it possible to trade these from SC to GAIN capital? I've been told that GAIN capital data/trade service is not being developed any more, which is why I purchased the Denali subscription - to get data for all products, but to actually trade these products from SC should I be switching to another broker to take advantage of a trading service that is supported? I have another broker account with tradovate / phillip capital. I see that "Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data" service should work with this broker account? Is this the best option for me? thanks |

We would have to make specific changes in order to support that data with Gain Capital. Since we are no longer supporting any development or support for Gain Capital, this is the kind of item that can come up for which we will not be putting out a solution. From our perspective, it would certainly be best to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. Since you have an account with Phillip Capital you could get setup to use the service through them. Refer to the Setup Instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok, but how does this work with Sierra Chart Order Routing service? If my account is with Introducing broker Tradovate / FCM Phillip Capital.. are orders routed straight to the account in Phillip Capital, and thus bypassing Tradovate (and their commission structure) completely? So the commissions/fees I would be incurring are those of Phillip Capital?

The commissions and fees are set from your broker. The only thing that changes is the Order Routing Fee, which you would pay to us rather than your broker. The fee is $0.10 per side and gets billed to your Sierra Chart account.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
