I changed my password at Transact Futures and my password at Sierra Charts and I cannot get into my account. I get a login error -1 (-1). |

There are one of two possible things. 1) The password is not entered properly in Sierra Chart. You can view your password on the Data/Trade Service Settings Page, so double-check to make sure it is setup properly. 2) TransAct does not have your account setup to use Sierra Chart.
