Is there any way to have the Zig Zag studies accumulated volume in say region 3 but have the accumulated volume text for each wave in region one with price bars? Do I have to use a separate ZZ Cumulative Volume to get the volume text in region one while having the accumulated volume in region three?

Thanks

If you want to see the Accumulated Volume at every bar, then you would need a second Zig Zag Accumulated Volume study set to Region 1 with the Draw Style set to Value on High or Value on Low depending on where you want to see the data. Refer to the following for the Draw Styles:
Chart Studies: Value on High (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_VALUE_ON_HIGH)

If you are only wanting to see the volume at their maximum (at the turning points), then you would need to setup a spreadsheet to determine those points and have the value for those bars and zeros for others.

If I leave the ZZ study in region 3 showing the accumulative volume, is there a way to make the text for each waves volume higher in the region above the volume bars? The percentage and ticks adjustment will not move the text except when displayed on the region one with the price bars and some of the numbers are within the green and red accumulative volume bars.

We are not really understanding the setup you are describing. Can you please give us an image?

I would prefer to have the accumulated volume text in region 1 at each swing point but if not is there a way to move the text up in the region 3 so they are out of the volume bars and readable?

I could always use 2 studies, Zig Zag to put the volume test in region one and then use ZZ Cumulative volume for the volume bars.

Thanks

You can do this with the Zig Zag study itself. If you do not want to see the Zig Zag lines themselves, then set the Subgraph for the Zig Zag to Ignore. Then set the following:
- Volume to Accumulate: Total Volume (or other depending on what you want)
- Display Zig Zag Volume: Yes
- Text Label Offset Specified As: (Choose one)
- Text Label Offset: (Enter desired value)

I could always use 2 studies, Zig Zag to put the volume test in region one and then use ZZ Cumulative volume for the volume bars.

This is what you need to do, as per the above.
