We are not fully understanding the issue. To begin with, it sounds like you are trying to connect to your live trading account in order to qualify for the CME Group non-professional exchange fees. With regards to selecting a Server for Rithmic, you do need to select the Rithmic service, then select OK to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window and then open it again to see the list of Rithmic servers.
