It depends on your Current Selected Service. The different trading services use different symbols. We see that your account is currently set for SC Data - All Services, in which case, the DAX30 is going to have a starting symbol of FDAX, and the whole symbol would be FDAX?##-EUREX, where ? is the contract month and ## is the 2 digit year. You can always find the appropriate symbol for your settings by going to Find Symbol.
