Sierra Chart and AMP Brokerage Client Data Connection Issue

Hi! I've been trying to figure out how to get my data to show up on a platform that I am testing - Quantower. I have been trying various things to get the data to port into that system to no avail. The big issue is that in trying various "fixes" I have now disabled my data for Sierra Chart as well. When launching Sierra, I get the error message that the username and password is incorrect. Please help with getting my Sierra up and running and also with allowing my data to be ported to an alternate charting and trading application. Thanks in advance, |

You cannot use the Sierra Chart data feeds in another program. The question we have is whether you are unable to login to the Sierra Chart charting and trading software, or unable to connect to the data feed/trade server. I was unable to log in to Sierra Chart software yesterday. I have now tried too many times and have been totally locked out of the service. My CQG WebAPI password was reset on Thursday and worked fine for Thursday and Friday but not working yesterday or today. I'm not sure if this was because of something I did yesterday or because I was supposed to change the password I was given. |

What you actually are referring to is connecting to the external service CQG. If that connection has been locked you need to contact your broker. We have no control over that.
