Activated Denali and CME live data but I only get 10 levels of Market Depth

Hi I activated Denali feed for non professional account with market depth a couple of day ago. I went and followed the Denali set up steps and activated CME. I got service package 11. But when I am looking at ES on the current June contract my DOM is only 10 levels deep. I went into chart settins for it and set market depth to 500 and it still only shows me 10 levels. How do I activate the full market depth now for ES using Denali live data? Thanks |

That is not the correct setting. That particular setting should be set to a small number. Like 5.
