Setting Up AMP Account & CQG Account

Hello, I have an AMP account and a CQG account for order routing only that I would like to use in SC. I am using SC for the Data Feed but using CQG for order routing. Are there instructions on how to set all the accounts in SC to begin trading? I have package 12 and paying for the CME data feed through SC.

I have the same issue. I am trying to place trades but nothing happens. All seems to be in place. Any help is greatly appreciated..Thanks
