problem getting DAX data

Hi, I have problem getting data for DAX futures. Following prompt showed when I download the file. "Download failed Error downloading historical intraday data for FDAXH21-EUREX. Historical data logon error. Data files folder not set for service code: eurex" Can you please advise what has gone wrong? Thanks Alex Choi |

I have updated to latest version but DAX chart showed delayed information. Does it come inclusive of the Denali service package and data feed? Or it requires additional data feed cost? |
