Hi there, we set the account for two systems and it is activated. we have only two systems connected to the same account. but when the second system tries to open the socket and update the data, we get the VumCurrentConnectionsDiffreneDevices=3!!!! that is not correct. please advise me on how can I fix the issue. thanks |

The first thing to do is to log out of all your Sierra Chart instances running that are connecting to the same account and then log back into them one-by-one and see if you have the same issue. If you do continue to have a problem, then we will need to understand your setup and whether you are using multiple installations on a single computer or multiple New Instances, etc. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
